i would like to suggest something. see weather it works.
It is good that u r giving good no of ads daily. but i think it would be better if u rotate the ads keeping the number of ads same.

other ptcs claim they have tonz of users with them, well i say that they just fail to catch cheaters the way Admin does.

So I will tell you what to do in my opinion...
Pandabux is good PTC, but what I dont like on this PTC and what makes me feel annoying on this PTC si minor bugs.. See for example, referral bug, when someone want to referrer he must report that he dont get his referral, second, History bug, it dont show date of request and so on and you should buy advertise on other PTCs, for example on the biggest(bux.to) so advertise this site, for example make ACTIVE REFERRALS to know people that they can invest here safely, how to make active referrals? for example give some # of clicks and then you can payout( I see you already implement this to your site, but I dont see there numer of clicks - another minor problem ) or you should make contest and so on.. I hope I helped you

if you make some panda business cards, and then make them available to download the all the members could either post them places on the internet or give them away around their hometown. the MyBux network has them why not PandaBux?
