I made some simple tutorial steps using only your microsoft programs on how to take actual screenshots:

-Press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard on the virus alert page.
Now open 'Paint' : Start -> Run -> Type in 'mspaint' -> Enter

-Now hold CTRL then press V to paste the whole image (in the white box area).
Hold CTRL then press S to go to the 'Save As' menu. Name it and save it as a jpeg / jpg image file.

-Go to http://www.imageshack.us or http://www.photobucket.com and upload your saved image from your PC to the net. Follow the online instructions for either site.

-Find the direct link for the uploaded image or the BBCode link and use it as a 'Reply' in forum topics.
